Volle Opals is more than a jewelry store, it is an experience…Next time you are in Sydney, visit this team, they are located right behind/next to the Queen Victoria Building. Our hotel concierge desk Eugene recommended we visited Volle and what a nice tip that was. Flor provided us with a truly exceptional experience. She made us feel welcome, took the time to explain where in Australia the stones came from (showed us a map), and educated us on how to tell quality stones. She treated us like a VIP.
Flor and other members of the staff went above and beyond in making us happy. They have a very good selection of opals and also pink diamonds and pearls. We shopped around before coming to Volle Opals and this store sits above many others, they are not just wanting to sell you a jewelry item. They are proud of their pieces, their prices are reasonable matching the quality of the stones. I bought some opal earrings for my wife here. The staff was very helpful and gave a detailed explanation of the different types of opals and their values. Welcoming very warmly , we had all the explanations about the origin and use of opals, we appreciated it especially since it was in French. Prices are attractive and for foreigners you can benefit from the abolition of the tax directly on purchase, which is a real advantage on the steps to do afterwards. We highly recommend this shop.
